Nova Wolf is a Canadian artist, producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist creating emotionally charged electronic music at the intersection of indie electronic, melodic house, and afro/world influences.
A true nomad, his life is lived on the move- writing and collaborating across continents. His Nomad Tapes EP series captures this journey, weaving together sounds, cultures, and voices from the places he’s called been.
Before launching Nova Wolf this past year, he built a career behind the sceens as a JUNO Award–winning producer and engineer. He contributed to Woods 5: Grey Skies & Electric Light by Woods of Ypres, which won Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year at the Juno Awards.
He also composed music for television and film projects including Dexter, Silent Hill, and Body of Proof, as well as the video game Dishonored, working under composer Dan Licht.

Nova also served as lead sound engineer for multi-GRAMMY–winning producer Thom Russo* (known for his work with Rick Rubin, Audioslave, Maná and more), and has collaborated with GRAMMY-winning production teams MIDI Mafia (50 Cent, Justin Bieber, Frank Ocean, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend) and The Movement, contributing in both studio production and creative direction while helping develop emerging artists.
As a curious creative he has also directed music videos and commercial projects, subcontracting on multiple MTV productions and won numerous awards for his fashion films.
Now, Nova Wolf steps fully into the spotlight—channeling a life of movement, emotion, and cultural connection into music that’s both intimate and made for the dancefloor.
